What does the Registration fee cover?

The fee covers entry to the event, BIB with timing chip, complimentary race day t-shirt, finisher medal and hot breakfast.

If I register under Early bird offer will I get the same Race kit like other participants ?

All the registered participants will get the same race kit with the same contents.

Can I register manually (offline)

There are no manual registrations for the event.

What is the last date of registration?

We may close the registrations early if all our slots are filled. However, on most occasions it is one month before the race day. We request you to register early and not wait till the end. We will announce the dates on our Website, Facebook page and other Social media

Is there a minimum/maximum age for participants?

* Applicants for 42K & 21K must be the age of 18 years or older on the race day.
* Applicants for 10K must be the age of 14 years or older on the race day.
* Applicants for 5K must be the age of 6 years or older on the race day.

Cancelation Policy

In the event of adverse weather conditions, threats, force majeure, or restrictions by authority, organizers reserve the right to stop/ cancel/ postpone the event or change the route. Event organizers possess sole authority to cancel tickets.

Official Race Cutoff Time

Official Race Cutoff Time To ensure the safety of all participants and the timely reopening of the race course, the following cutoff times will be strictly enforced:

* Full Marathon: 6 hours
The first loop must be completed within 3 hours.
* Half Marathon: 3 hours 30 minutes
* 10K Run: 1 hour 30 minutes
* 5K Run: 1 hour

Participants who fail to complete the course within the cutoff times will be required to withdraw from the race. If any participant chooses to continue running beyond the cutoff time, no route support will be provided, and an official finisher’s certificate will not be issued.

OOops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?

* Please send an email to supportteam@mysamay.in with the correct details and we will update it.

There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?

* Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days. However, please inform us.
